Before you proceed to the Order of Business, Sir, may I refer to Question No. 27? In reply to a supplementary by Deputy Browne as to whether I consulted the Attorney General before I issued a warning to certain insurance companies, I answered "No." That is still the position. But in case any misunderstanding is created, there may have been consultations between officers of my Department and officers of the Attorney General's section to confirm whether the bringing of proceedings in respect of the alleged breach was statute barred. I am not certain whether there were or not. I just wanted to make that clear.
