asked the Taoiseach whether the Government have studied the possible effect on Irish neutrality involved in joining the European Economic Community as a full member; and, if so, whether he will state the Government's views on the matter.

The Rome Treaty does not bear directly on the policy of a member State in the matter of neutrality or otherwise.
