Vol. 191 No. 3

Sittings of Dáil: Motion.

I move:

That on Tuesday and Wednesday next the Dáil shall meet at 2 p.m. and shall adjourn not later than 11.30 p.m.; and that the interruption of business provided for in subsection (2) of Standing Order No. 20 shall take place at 11 p.m.

Question put and agreed to.

Would the Taoiseach indicate at this stage when the House is likely to rise for the Summer Recess?

I should not like to attempt to prophesy that.

Is it the intention that perhaps when the House rises at the end of this month or early in August the Taoiseach will dissolve the Dáil and hold the election in September——

I refuse to answer that.

——on the issue of the Common Market? Is that a fact?

The Deputy will be here for a couple of months more.

I know one man who will not be Minister for Health again.
