The total sum expended under the subhead for official entertainment in the Vote for External Affairs in each of the previous financial years up to the year 1959-60 will be found in the Appropriation Accounts for the year concerned. The sum expended in the year 1960-61 amounted to £10,178 18s. 5d. and in this financial year to 30th June, £3,486 9s. 11d.
