I am informed by the Electricity Supply Board that the rural electrification scheme will be extended to Ahascragh and Clontuskert before the end of the present financial year. The Clonfert area has been considered for development by the Board from time to time but has not so far been successful.
Could the Minister indicate what is happening in the west of the county? The question refers to County Galway.
