Vol. 191 No. 14

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Stillorgan Flooding.

27.

asked the Minister for Local Government if in view of the grave danger of a recurrence of flooding in the Redesdale Estate, Stillorgan, County Dublin, owing to the condition of the stream running through the estate, he will state when it is intended to pipe this stream from Hazel Avenue to Dale Drive.

The South County Dublin surface water drainage scheme, which is at present in progress, provides for the piping of the stream in the Redesdale Estate between Hazel Avenue and Dale Drive. Work on this section will be undertaken in about nine months' time when work on the lower sections has been completed.
