Vol. 191 No. 14

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Lanes on Redesdale Estate, Stillorgan.

28.

asked the Minister for Local Government when it is intended to take over the lanes of the Redesdale Estate, Stillorgan, County Dublin, as they cannot be used at present owing to the deplorable condition of the surface.

I understand that it is not the general practice of Dublin County Council to take in charge lanes at the rear of houses in housing estates. The matter relates to a reserved function of the Council and I have no power to direct that the lanes be taken over.
