In compliance with Standing Order No. 3 of the Standing Orders of Dáil Éireann relative to Public Business, I have to report that immediately upon the issue by the President of the Proclamation of the 15th day of September, 1961, dissolving Dáil Éireann on that day, I issued my writs, pursuant to the relative provisions of the Electoral Acts, 1923 to 1961, and the Electoral Act, 1923, Adaptation Order, 1938, for the following Constituencies to the Returning Officers named hereunder:— |
