I understand that the only European publication of this kind at present is a White Paper issued by the Norwegian Government, which, in addition to outlining the main provisions of the Rome Treaty, gives an indication of the effects of the Common Market on the Norwegian economy and of some of the problems which would arise for Norway, if that country were to become a member or associate of the European Economic Community.
I am inquiring whether we can procure an English or French translation of this publication for the Library of the Oireachtas.
