Vol. 192 No. 2

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Drainage of Nenagh River.

63.

asked the Minister for Finance what is the position with regard to the drainage of the Carrigahorig River, Nenagh, County Tipperary, as this river is causing the flooding of many acres of good land.

The engineering survey referred to in the reply to the Deputy's question on the 1st August last has been completed and the data collected are now being studied with a view to the carrying out of an "intermediate river" scheme under the Arterial Drainage Act, 1945.
