The publication of a weekly programme journal is one of the normal functions of a broadcasting organisation and my role in the matter is to ensure that in starting a journal of its own Radio Éireann will not encroach unduly on the field of private enterprise. The position of the staff of Radio Review is presumably a matter between the owners of Radio Review and the Authority.
