asked the Minister for Finance the amount of revenue received from the sale in the State of Circuit Court stamps for the years ended 31st March, 1956, and 31st March 1961, respectively, and the respective amounts of revenue received in each of those years from the sale of such stamps in each of the following counties: (1) Dublin (2) Cork (3) Limerick (4) Clare (5) Waterford (6) Galway (7) Cavan and (8) Donegal.

The amount of revenue received from the sale of Circuit Court stamps for the year ended 31 March, 1956, was £7,020 and for the year ended 31 March, 1961, £30,367. These figures are contained in Table 12 of the published Finance Accounts for the relevant years. I regret that records are not now available from which the information sought by the Deputy can be furnished in regard to individual counties for the year ended 31 March, 1956.
