asked the Minister for Finance if he will make a grant available to repair the sea wall behind the River Row (or View), Moville, County Donegal; and if he will instruct the Office of Public Works to carry out such repairs in view of the fact that sixteen homes are in constant danger of flooding and that the residents often have to evacuate their homes because of this.
