I am aware that, due to adverse weather conditions, there have been some delays in the assembly and delivery of certified seed potatoes. The question of delivery is, of course, essentially a matter between vendor and purchaser, but my Department is prepared to do whatever it can to get vendors to expedite delivery where particulars of individual cases are made available to it.
