36.
Mr. Ryan
I have no power under the Town and Regional Planning Acts to amend the Dublin planning scheme.
Mr. Ryan
Would the Minister indicate if any person or body has power to amend the existing Dublin planning scheme or to what extent the existing planning scheme is binding, if at all?
That is a separate question.
Mr. Ryan
It is impossible to get information from anybody as to what can be done about this scandal. The Minister ought to know.
