As I stated in reply to a somewhat similar question on 6th December, I have suggested to an Bord Uchtála that they should now review their recommendations in the light of all their experience to date and I have undertaken to consider any recommendations they may make as a result of that review.
I have been informed that the Board's recommendations are now nearly ready but, of course, examination of them will take some time and I do not expect to be in a position to make any statement in the matter in the near future.
