134.

Mr. Ryan

asked the Minister for Justice if he will state in relation to the recent White Paper on Law Reform the order in which he proposes to introduce legislation to implement the proposals.

Legislation has been introduced in relation to street and house-to-house collections and short titles.

Priority is being given to consideration of the following matters:-

Administration of estates.

Wills.

Occupiers' and innkeepers' liability.

Establishment of committee to examine the law of bankruptcy.

Registration of titles and deeds.

Establishment of committee of inquiry into the operation of the courts.

Unauthorised disclosure of official information.

Malicious injuries.

These proposals are given in the order in which they appear in the White Paper and not necessarily in the order in which they will be implemented.
