The question of the acoustics in this Chamber is under investigation. As a first step, it is intended to have acoustic tiles fitted on parts of the ceiling and walls of the Chamber later this year. This should, it is hoped, improve matters, but it may not be the complete answer, and in that event the design and installation of a sound amplification system will be taken up.
