Vol. 193 No. 11

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Expenditure on Central Fund Services.

6.

asked the Minister for Finance if he will give the details of the expenditure on Central Fund services which have caused such expenditure on the 4th March, 1962, to be £4,665,683 in excess of the comparable figure for last year.

As the reply is in the form of a tabular statement, I propose, with the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, to circulate it with the Official Report.

Following is the statement:—

I am full of curiosity. Would the Minister tell me what is the largest item?

The largest item is Payments to Road Fund, £2,452,000.
