Mr. Ryan

asked the Minister for Health how many regulations have been made under the Health Act, 1947 and amending Acts; and if he will give the reference number in respect of each.

The number of sets of regulations made under the Health Acts, 1947 to 1960, including amending regulations and regulations which have since been revoked, is 55. With your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, I will arrange for the circulation of a list of the statutory instrument numbers of these regulations with the Official Report.
