asked the Minister for Local Government whether he knows that there are local authorities which will not make grants in respect of sewage disposal schemes for private houses which are not sited beyond a specified minimal distance from the house; if he approves of this practice; and, if so, what action is to be taken by the householder in the case of the owner of a house or cottage the limited size of whose plot of land does not physically allow the sewage disposal tank to be the required distance from the house.
