One compulsory purchase order each from North Tipperary County Council, Templemore Urban District Council and Nenagh Urban District Council were received in my Department on the 21st July, 1961, 9th August, 1961, and 20th January, 1962, respectively. I confirmed the Templemore Order on the 24th October, 1961, and the local authority was notified accordingly on 2nd November, 1961. The other two orders are still under consideration.
