It is proposed to take business in the following order: Nos. 1, 3, and in 3, Votes 54 and 55, and then No. 4. If not already reached, it is proposed to interrupt business at 7 p.m. to take No. 4. It is not proposed to interrupt Government business to take Private Members' time. I understand there is agreement between the Whips that the debate on No. 4 should conclude this evening and that the Minister for Finance should be called upon to reply at 9 p.m.
