I have to inform the Dáil that the following have been selected as Representatives and Substitutes from Ireland to the Fourteenth Ordinary Session of the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe. The first part of the Session will commence on 15th May, 1962. The representatives chosen are: Senator Eóin Ryan, Deputy Michael Carty, Deputy James Dillon, Deputy Stephen Coughlan. The Substitutes are: Deputy Sir Anthony Esmonde, Deputy Patrick O'Reilly, Deputy Patrick Cummins and Deputy George Colley.
