Committee on Finance. - Courts (Supplemental Provisions) (Amendment) Bill, 1962—Money Resolution.

I move:

That it is expedient to authorise such charges on and payments out of the Central Fund or the growing produce thereof as are necessary to give effect to any Act of the present session to amend section 46 of the Courts (Supplemental Provisions) Act, 1961.

The annual cost of the proposed increase will be £21,000.
