I would refer to the Deputy to the answer I gave to a similar question on 5th December, 1961. The only further payment since that date was a sum of £1,084 7s. 11d. made on the 6th December, 1961, being the final payment under the demolition contract (£963 3s. 7d.) and fees to the quantity surveyor (£121 4s. 4d.). This makes a total to date of £18,104 4s. 9d.
