asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will state separately in respect of each State property at Abbotstown, Backweston and Chantilly, County Dublin, as regards livestock, etc., the total number of animals on these properties and their value, and the number of (a) horses, (b) dry cattle, (c) cows and (d) sheep, etc. at a recent date.

In addition there are some 1,250 small animals (rabbits, guinea pigs and mice) valued at about £360 which are used for experimental purposes at the Veterinary Research Laboratory, Abbotstown, and 45 hens valued at £10 to £12 at Chantilly.
