asked the Taoiseach the number of persons who were registered as unemployed on the first Saturday of each month in the last three years at the following employment exchanges: Wexford, Enniscorthy, New Ross and Gorey, County Wexford and Arklow, County Wicklow.

With your permission, Sir, I propose to circulate in the Official Report a statement giving the required information.

Following is the statement:—

NUMBER OF PERSONS ON THE LIVE REGISTER AT THE FOLLOWING LOCAL OFFICES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL WELFARE ON THE FIRST SATURDAY OF EACH MONTH IN THE YEARS SPECIFIED.
