Vol. 203 No. 8

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Clondalkin (Dublin) Water and Sewerage Services.

71.

asked the Minister for Local Government if he will draw the attention of Dublin County Council to the urgent need for water and sewerage services to be made available to tenants of Council cottages at Bedliss Hill, Clondalkin, County Dublin.

I am informed by Dublin County Council that their programme for the current year includes an extension of the water main to Bedliss Hill, Clondalkin, but that an extension of the public sewerage system to the areas is not contemplated in view of the excessive cost involved.
