Vol. 204 No. 9

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Delivery of Legal Diary.

57.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he is aware that the Legal Diary of 16th July, 1963 was not delivered to the offices of Dublin solictors until the afternoon of that day; and if, having regard to the inconvenience and loss thereby caused, he will make a statement in the matter.

The items in question were posted on the morning of 16th July and delivery that afternoon was in due course of post.

It was posted late?

It did not leave the printers until the morning of 16th July and was not delivered to the postvan.

We will get on to your colleague next door.
