With your permission, Sir, I propose to circulate in the Official Report, a statement giving the number of insurance cards exchanged at the local offices specified. The figures for males relate to the years ended January, 1959, to January, 1963 and those for females to the years ended July, 1959, to July, 1963.
It must be noted that changes in administrative procedures may, from year to year, involve variations in the numbers of cards exchanged at any particular office.
