I decided to approve the closing of Glangevlin Garda station, County Cavan after the Commissioner, Garda Síochána had satisfied me that the area served by the station, which was practically free from crime for a number of years past, could be adequately policed from the adjoining sub-districts with a substantial saving to public funds.
