asked the Minister for Agriculture the average price received by the Butter Marketing Board, An Bord Bainne or the manufacturers in each of the last five years for (a) cheese, (b) chocolate crumb, (c) roller skim powder, (d) roller full cream powder, (e) spray skim and (f) spray full cream powder, and the cost of production of each of these commodities in each year based on the nett price per gallon of milk received by the farmer.

The reply is in the form of a tabular statement which, with the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, I propose to have circulated with the Official Report.

asked the Minister for Agriculture the quantities of (a) cheese, (b) chocolate crumb, (c) roller skim powder, (d) roller full cream powder, (e) spray skim and (f) spray full cream powder produced in each of the last five calender years, the estimated quantity which will be produced during this calendar year, and the number of gallons of milk represented by this production in each case.
