I understand that, to date, Dublin Corporation have acquired two sites under the Derelict Sites Act, 1961, at Villa Park Avenue, Cabra, and West Park, Ballygall Road, and are proceeding for the acquisition of four other sites. The development of the acquired sites has not yet been carried out.
