asked the Minister for Local Government the number of houses built by North Tipperary County Council in (a) urban and (b) rural areas in each of the past five years.

Tipperary (NR) County Council built 76 dwellings in 1959-60, 39 in 1960-61, 14 in 1961-62, ten in 1962-63 and three in 1963-64. All these dwellings are in the county health district.

asked the Minister for Local Government what plans for the erection of houses by North Tipperary County Council are at present under consideration by his Department; and at what date he expects these plans to be sanctioned.

No plans for the erection of houses by Tipperary (NR) County Council are at present before my Department.
