asked the Minister for Lands what areas of land the Land Commission have under consideration for acquisition at present in North Tipperary, stating in each case the acreage involved.

The reply takes the form of a tabular statement which I propose, with the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, to circulate with the Official Report.

In addition, negotiations are in progress for voluntary purchase of three properties aggregating 181 acres and inquiries are being made regarding eight estates comprising about 490 acres but for the present details must be treated as confidential.
