Vol. 211 No. 1

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Waterford-Tramore Bus Service.

47.

asked the Minister for Transport and Power the number of fare-paying passengers carried on the CIE bus service between Waterford and Tramore.

I would refer the Deputy to the replies given by me on 28th February, 1962 and 4th March, 1964, to questions asked by him on this subject. Statistics of the number of passengers using particular rail or road services are not published. As indicated by me in reply to a supplementary question on 4th March, 1964, it is not my intention to require CIE to furnish detailed statistical information of this nature.

This is a secret society which you are running up there.

The Deputy is repeatedly using the second person across the floor of this House. That is contrary to Standing Orders.

I am getting excited because the Minister for Transport and Power is answering questions. Only I am in this House, I might use something else.

That does not alter the position so far as order here is concerned.
