Vol. 211 No. 8

Committee on Finance. - Vote 4—Central Statistics Office.

I move:

That a sum not exceeding £136,970 be granted to complete the sum necessary to defray the charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1965, for the Salaries and Expenses of the Central Statistics Office.

I thought the Central Statistics Office was under the Taoiseach's Department.

It comes under the Taoiseach but the Secretary of the Department of Finance is the accounting officer.

Vote put and agreed to.
