asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs the number of television licences taken out in each constituency.
Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - TV Licences.
Records of television licences are not compiled by reference to constituency areas and it would not be possible, without an undue amount of labour, to give the exact information requested by the Deputy. However, with your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, I propose to circulate with the Official Report a statement showing the number of television licences current in each head office district on the 31st May, 1964.
Following is the statement:
NUMBER of Television Receiving Licences Current in each Head Office District.
