Question No. 2.

On behalf of Deputy Tierney, I should like to withdraw Question No. 2. It is wrongly worded. That is no fault of the officials. I know the Minister has gone to some trouble but the question should have been worded differently.

Question No. 2, by leave, withdrawn.
