Vol. 212 No. 2

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Portrane (Dublin) Farm.

63.

asked the Minister for Lands if he is aware that Dublin Health Authority have decided to dispose of farm land at Portrane, Donabate; and if he will take steps to acquire the land concerned for subdivision amongst local smallholders at a reasonable price.

I understand that certain property which is being disposed of by the Dublin Health Authority in the district mentioned is currently the subject of inquiry by the Land Commission with a view to considering its suitability for the purposes of the Land Acts. Until these inquiries are completed, however, it is not possible to forecast the outcome.
