asked the Minister for Justice the number of grants of administration in each of the years 1923 to 1964 inclusive.

As the reply is in the form of a tabular statement I propose, again with your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, to circulate it with the Official Report.

Figures are not available for the legal years prior to 1928/29 and, accordingly, the statement covers only the legal years 1928/29 to 1963/64 inclusive.
