I understand that the person mentioned has intimated to the Land Commission that an existing right-of-way to his lands is inadequate and unsuitable. Whilst the Land Commission have no liability in the matter, they are having the position investigated on the ground as soon as possible to ascertain whether it would be appropriate to assist him.
Why not a helicopter?
