Vol. 214 No. 2

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Donegal Town Post Office.

107.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he is aware of the urgent need for a new post office building in Donegal town; and, if so, when it will be built.

I am aware that the Donegal Post Office building falls short of requirements in some respects. The question of obtaining alternative premises or of erecting a new building is being considered but I cannot at this stage give any indication as to when new accommodation is likely to become available.

Could the Minister say when a decision will be taken?

We are looking for a new site. Nothing has been offered yet.

Unless you look for it, you will not get it.
