Observations received following exhibition of the Carrigahorig scheme last year have been considered and it is hoped to submit the scheme to the Minister for Finance for confirmation very soon. Contract documents will then be prepared and tenders invited for the carrying out of the scheme. If all goes well, works could commence about the end of the year.
