Mr. Burke

asked the Minister for Education how many schools have been built in the county of Dublin since 1957 to date and their cost; and if he will give similar information for the city of Dublin.

Since 1957 16 national schools were built in county Dublin at a cost of £438,000 and 28 national schools in Dublin city at a cost of £2.1 million.

The corresponding figures for vocational schools were six in county Dublin costing £183,000 and two in Dublin city costing £228,000.
