Vol. 214 No. 8

Ceisteanna — Questions. Oral Answers. - Recommendations of Medical Research Council.

18.

(South Tipperary) asked the Minister for Health if he will consider incorporating the recommendations of the Medical Research Council in his annual report.

The Medical Research Council publishes for each year a comprehensive report of the working of the Council, with details of various research projects. About 300 copies of this report are circulated to interested bodies in this country and abroad. It is also on sale from the offices of the Council.

In view of this, I consider that the reports of the Council, including its occasional recommendations, are sufficiently promulgated.
