Vol. 214 No. 12

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Clare Students in Limerick Schools.

21.

asked the Minister for Education the number of students from County Clare, both male and female, attending primary, secondary and vocational schools in Limerick.

The statistics furnished to my Department in relation to the enrolment of pupils in national schools are not in such form as to enable me to give the information requested.

Ninety-one boys and 71 girls from County Clare are at present in attendance at secondary schools in Limerick city.

I shall ask the City of Limerick Vocational Education Committee to furnish the necessary particulars in relation to vocational schools and convey them to the Deputy in due course.
