The inspection referred to in my reply to the Deputy's previous question on 24th June last has now been carried out. Whilst the position generally in regard to the property is thus known to the Land Commission, some few aspects, entailing discussions with the owner, remain to be examined. There will be no avoidable delay in reaching a decision in the matter.
