In view of the stage we have now reached with this Bill and the stage reached in the Bill on which it is consequential, and which we have just been discussing, it would not be in order if we were to take the Report Stage of this Bill before the Report Stage of the Bill we have just discussed. Therefore, I would ask that we should postpone taking the Report Stage until the other Bill has been dealt with.
